About Us
Flippin' Fresh is owned and operated by local family Sam and Tim 'TR' Richmond, who you may remember from Surfrider Cafe on Bell Street in the early 2000's. With daughters Lucy and Claudia, they've come back to their local hospitality roots, doing their best to deliver delicious, fresh and crispy fish and chips.
LOW GLUTEN DISCLAIMER
Our chips and grilled seafood are all low gluten.​​
We cannot guarantee 100% gluten free due to the presence of flour in the kitchen & cross contamination, but we do what we can to ensure as low gluten as possible! Our chips are all cooked in separate fryers from battered items, and we use chickpea flour for all grilled seafood.
